Banff has ALWAYS been on my bucket list. I remember seeing a picture when I was younger and couldn’t comprehend something so naturally beautiful really exisiting. I was captivated by the bright blue waters and dense surrounding forests and, to be honest, I didn’t believe it would look like this in real life. Well, I was right- it was a 1000x better. Very few places in the world that I’ve been to look so much better in person and this is one of them. Of course these pictures below look like they could be a screen saver but in real life- just wow. I was lucky enough to stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise which is located on the idyllic Lake Louise. Waking up in the morning felt like a dream as well as the entire day spent there.
